If tickets were purchased on our website (theshowboxtheaters.com) you can receive a refund up to 10 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through the refund link in your confirmation email, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds or exchanges can also be made at the theatre's box office. Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange or refund tickets purchased at theshowboxtheaters.com at the theatre, the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase. There are no refunds after the printed showtime, once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
